- DMDustin MossDec 23, 20171.0This bank is not a customer friendly bank the only reason I even come to this bank is because my job uses them and that's the only way to get my check cashed for free and these lazy POS are closed on December 23 Saturday so now I have to pay for my check to be cashed somewhere else I didn't have time to cash it Friday because I was working this laziness casted me money I will never bank with this bank so lazy they just put up a sign and didn't even have do that right they wrote in the Saturday December 23 as of writing this in there parking lot there has been 6 cars come in and get mad about this how this bank still has 5 stars is not because of customer service that's for sure today just showed me that I for sure will never bank with this bank so lazy thank you Guaranty bank for making me have to pay to cash my check the only thing that Guaranty bank can guarantee is they will disappoint and be lazy so don't give this bank a try at all your matress will treat you better
