- SHSamantha HintzOct 2, 20251.0If I could give a negative review I would. For years I've gotten loans through Wells Fargo and have never had an issue. However, my most recent one will be the end of what has been a 10+ year relationship. TERRIBLE customer service in the branch. 0 answers. What one teller does the next one wont and says its against the rules.... AND when all else is said and done the tellers make comments or faces. Unbelievable. However if you have no issues they read their given script to thank you for your years of service....that's something I guess. My recommendation go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Seriously, just read the reviews. Its not just me. Its the majority. Shame on you Wells Fargo. Do better.

So, I opened the account online, and entered all our information just to be told now we need to finish it at a branch!!! Called to make an appointment for a Saturday since my husband works out of town Monday through Friday, well the earliest appointment is 3 weeks out! So I made an appointment with a different branch. Will NOT be going back to Terrell!
