However, my most recent one will be the end of what has been a 10+ year relationship. TERRIBLE customer service in the branch. 0 answers. What one teller does the next one wont and says its against the rules.... AND when all else is said and done the tellers make comments or faces. Unbelievable. However if you have no issues they read their given script to thank you for your years of service....that's something I guess. My recommendation go somewhere else. Anywhere else. Seriously, just read the reviews. Its not just me. Its the majority. Shame on you Wells Fargo. Do better.
