Been with the company for almost 10 years never missed a payment and then all of a sudden they start begging me to take money and when I do offer to take it they say oh it's not on the table anymore so needless to say as soon as I pay off my remaining balance I will no longer be a customer

Been with them for years and 30 mins before they closed I needed confirmation I could re new my loan so I didn’t waste my time The person said yes they were able to help me today once I submitted my necessary documentation I did that and I got there 10 mins before they were about to close and the person who I was on the phone with took off already … So I was lied to and wasted a trip going there when I could have gone somewhere else And there was two people there They knew nothing about it and no one could help me Will not be renewing with them in the future I hate being lied to
