- WSWanda ShawJan 5, 20262.0I walked in right after a gentleman. Both tellers were busy with customers. Both seemed like they would be busy for awhile but, alas one was finished soon. The other was still carrying on a very looong conversation with woman that directs people to lines. About 4 more people came in. Another woman came in from the main offices to help out. Me being "next" was told to stand behind the man that was before me. Some of the other people were using self service then another woman came back from lunch, she helped a woman who was waiting. When the woman at 2nd teller was finished another woman who had entered and was assessed by the woman Handling "triage". She was given to other teller whose name i learned was Michael. He was aware of how long I had been waiting so he kindly asked woman if he could wait on me next as he was aware how long I had been waiting. The "triage" lady then interrupted Michael and said "no I have it this way for a reason." The lady and her little boy's business seemed to take a extra long time, but she finished before the gentleman I was standing behind. Michael apologized and started helping me. I was waiting longer than anyone. I was impressed by Michael who wanted to do the right thing but, was prevented from doing so. Someone needs to retrain your "customer service" people who direct traffic in line. I felt that my time was not considered or I was not important as a customer. Please commend Michael for his recognition and trying to do the right thing for me. By the way, I have been a customer since 2006.

Chameika and Hiram researched and investigated the problem. My account had unknowingly been charged off. They spoke with me individually and in a nice private manner. They were able to take control and got the problem resolved. My account is back working. I wanted to send them a VERY SPECIAL THANK YOU for their efforts. It was noticed and appreciated! I hope their manager knows they are great people for the job !! THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!!
