- EWErin WelchDec 26, 20251.0Wow - I have been banking with Wells Fargo for almost 30 years (since I was able to open my 1st bank account) Now, during my first time of hardship where I can't keep a minimum balance, they are charging me a monthly fee. No hardship forms for losing a job. Just if you have less money you need to pay us to keep it in the account for you. It now isn't even about the money, but the entire experience. What does 30 years of loyalty get ya? No empathy, just a blank delivery of fees and the option to close the account. @wellsfargo I'm disappointed in you. PLEASE MAKE THIS MAKE SENSE?!
