- TBTrisha B.Jun 21, 20241.0I used the drive-thru ATM at this location and received a $20 bill that was MISSING a sizeable chunk of the bill. (How did it even make it into the machine in the first place?!) Since it was after-hours when I used the ATM, I had to back to this location to exchange the bill. However, the teller refused to replace the $20 bill. Instead, they referred me to ANOTHER Wells Fargo location. WHY?! So frustrating!!! Lucky for her, I was connected with Van at the Sugar Land location who resolved the issue. THANK YOU, Van for your help. Your assistance was greatly appreciated!!!
