- CMChase MillisApr 12, 20205.0I am surprised at the number of low reviews; I have banked with Wells Fargo (primarily at this location) for several years and have for the most part had very good experiences. They have moved bankers in and out a lot so I have never really had a "specific" banker, but nonetheless my experiences have been consistently good. Comparing this Wells Fargo branch location to other locations (and other banks I do business with), one small thing that I love about this branch is that they always fill out the deposit or withdrawal slips for me so I just have to give them my cards and then sign it once they finish filling it out. It's something simple, but I've gotten so used to it at this branch that it is actually kinda frustrating when I go to another bank and they refuse to fill in all the account info on the deposit/withdrawal slips for me. Nothing but good things to say about this branch location!
- SKSarah KiserJun 15, 20191.0I went to the drive-thru ATM, I inserted my card, typed in my PIN, and it pops up with an “Out of Service” screen. I couldn’t get my card back. It took 15 minutes to get a hold of someone on the phone only to tell me that the ATM shredded my card and I’ll have to order another one and get it 2 weeks from now. Meanwhile, the ATM started working again. Wells Fargo sucks.
