- TWTiana WuJul 22, 20251.0Their customer service really needs to improve their efficiency. Our appointment was scheduled for 11:30, but we ended up waiting for a full 30 minutes. They claimed it was because the previous customer was late — but we shouldn’t have to pay the price for someone else’s delay. If they knew they wouldn’t have enough time to finish with the previous customer, they should have rescheduled them. This kind of handling is completely unacceptable, and we are very disappointed with their service.

Another branch in Reading Rd of WFB even didn't want to take care with my requests. And I came to WFB branch in 99 Grand PKWY inside HEB. The banker took cake my requests and did it very fast and professionally. Many thanks for you professional work, Jonathan.
