Meanwhile, people who arrived 10, 20, even 30 minutes after me were served first while I was completely ignored. The bank manager and another employee came out to the drive thru and chatted casually as if I did not exist. This is utterly unacceptable. Any customer, especially a commercial client with a 30 year relationship with Wells Fargo, deserves basic respect. The blatant disregard, incompetence, and rudeness I experienced today is shocking and unforgivable.
