- DSDebbie SchlichteOct 24, 20251.0Extremely poor customer service at this location. Tellers are rude, in particular, Kay, who is condescending and passive aggressive. Shocking that a teller whose job is to receive money can be rude. Very unfortunate.

Honestly, I almost wish she had finished that and let someone else help me, because her attending to me felt more like a chore than customer service. Her delivery is sly. The kind of hostility that hides in the shadows of politeness, noticeable only if you’re paying attention.

The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I appreciate good customer service. Both the teller staff and other bank associates have been consistently supportive and courteous when we’ve needed them.
