The most recent was a denial of wire transfer for my senior father whom I had financial power of attorney to takeover account. I had paperwork and everything. They were making the whole process difficult versus the day before I was at Chase Bank and it was so smooth and simple. I’ll never go to this branch again!!

However, the teller line was below standard: there was only one teller, the drive-through was closed, and the line inside was very long. When I asked about opening another line, I was told they were on lunch. This is completely unacceptable.”

Teller and manager told me no, only if I had an account!. Seriously, it was just smaller bills. I was going to open an account, but never no more. Yall suck!
