    I had the pleasure of speaking with Scott from the bank, and I have to say, his assistance was absolutely top-notch. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure all my questions were answered. It’s rare to find such dedicated customer service these days, and Scott really made a difference. Highly recommend!

    I recently came into this location to handle a situation that had been frustrating me when trying to handle over the phone. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Mr. Scott Coutouzis he was professional, patient, knowledgeable, understanding and very kind. This is the type of service I look for in any place that I am giving my business. Shout out to the whole team but most of all Mr. Coutouzis for turning my frown upside down and fixing the problem with his knowledge and quick thinking! I only want to come to this location and I will be staying with TDECU.

    If I could put zero stars I would. Worse customer service call center ever . I waited for two days for a representative to come on the line for help with my account, but to no avail. The closest TDECU is an hour away and I'm locked out of account. Warning to others, do not open an account with this credit union go somewhere else this grief and inconvenience is not worth this hassle.
