- IRI. RatnaniSep 9, 20252.0Since MidFirst took over in November, the service has deteriorated tremendously. They are back to the 1980s paper deposit method (hello! This is 2025). It is now a run-of-the-mill bank, where most of your deposits and service fees (which sneak into your account) go to support the salaries of presidents and VPs. Whatever service exists at this location is due to the lady branch manager (I think her name is Karen); otherwise, every time you go there, they try to sell their credit card. I wish it had stayed Amerant.
