This bank is virtually useless. They use to be Iberia Bank. They had only one bank location in Houston (one of the largest cities in the US) and closed that one. Now they have 1 in Sugarland. (40min away) Business accounts were free when I opened mine, but stopped linking to cashapp. They still don't work with zelle. Which made it impossible to get funds into the bank and eventually messed up my business and overdrew the account. Then they fee'd me to death till the account closed. Now they won't give me my 2022 bank statements. They transfer me from dept to dept every time I call. They eventually told me to travel to the branch to get copies. So I do that and the branch tells me they can't print my statements either after a 50 min drive. They virtually disabled my business with their lack of services, branches, or cooperation with any other financial service. They also use to reimburse atm fees since they had so few branches. They stopped that too and started charging ON TOP of other atms, knowing they don't have any. They charge anywhere from $2 to $5 for statements even when it's their fault you can't get them online on your own. I honestly see no reason to ever open an account here.

First Horizon Bank on Sweetwater Blvd., Sugar Land deserves a good remark. Conveniently located, it is set up neat and clean with Starbuck coffee available. Their staff is very professional and friendly, especially the branch manager Mr. Ngokwey who helped me resolved an issue related with a promotional bonus, in that he and their customer solution team in the corporate office worked very hard and put in lots of time and effort. My appreciation and compliments go to their management. However, their online service software is quite disappointing that it is incapable of doing many banking transactions as it should be. Nevertheless, this branch has a high potential to grow.

This is probably the worst bank I have ever dealt with in my life. The online banking system barely functions and you are unable to log in to the system majority of the time. After the update it still barely functions. I work in technology and this is the worst banking service portal I've used in the United States. When I call the bank to get statements to do my year end accounting - they want to charge me $5.00 a statement...WHAT? Also, forget about doing any sort of International Wire Transfers and the lovely service fee charges that randomly pop up on your account. Do yourself a favor and bank anywhere else - your wallet and emotional state will be in a much better place. (I don't have a problem with any of the bankers I worked with - unfortunately they have to try and defend their employer's horrible banking system)
