I had a great experience with First Citizens Bank during the process of closing my business account. Brittany over the phone, Gisele, and Jessica at the branch. The team was extremely helpful, professional, and made everything smooth and hassle-free. I truly appreciate their support and would definitely consider banking with them again when I open my next business. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for reliable and attentive business banking services! 👍

I would rate this bank negative ZERO if I could. We were just treated very badly at the First Citizens Bank located at 1295 Highway 6 South Sugar Land, Texas 77478. This was the worst experience we ever had. I will do my best to put it in words for you. We wanted to open business checking account at this bank. I know most banks require an appointment to open an account. But, I couldn't find a way to schedule an appointment on this bank's website. So, we went to the Sugar Land branch to try and open two business checking accounts. Upon entering the branch, a lady asked how she can help us. We told her we were there to open business checking account. She asked us to wait while she gets someone to assist us. She then asked Brittany Santiago (who was sitting at the teller line) to help us. Brittany signaled with her hand for us to come to her. We went to her at the teller line. She said "we don't take walk-in, I will take your contact information and someone will call you to setup an appointment" We gave her our information. But then I told her that we tried to schedule an appointment on their website, but there was no way to schedule an appointment on the bank's website. Brittany said, "yes, there's no way to schedule an appointment on the website, you have to come in". So we said to her, "But, you just told us that we must make an appointment and you will have someone call us to make the appointment" She said, "yes, you need an appointment" I asked Brittany Santiago that if a person wants to open a business account with first citizens bank, that person would have to waste their time and gas to drive to the bank, leave a message with an individual at the bank, and then wait for a Banker to call and schedule an appointment for that person to return to the bank..just to open a business bank account. She said "yes" We asked Brittany if there were any bankers at the branch today (5/29/24). She said "yes, but she's in a meeting" We asked her whether she could ask that Banker (who was "in a meeting") if we could wait for them to assist us after their meeting because we drove a long distance to get to the branch and today is the only day we have available for another month. Brittany said, "no, I will give your information to another Banker who isn't here right now and they will call you". We were treated horribly. This is the best I can do to describe the situation to you. Frankly, I felt like we were being profiled. If you are considering doing any kind of business with First Citizens bank at Sugar Land TX, don't do it. Run far away from them. Go to a bank deserving of your business. First Citizens bank is definitely not deserving of our business.

Worst bank I've ever seen in my life, don't care, don't know what's going on in and around bank, no observational skills what so ever, if brains were dynamite they couldn't blow their noses.
