- POPatricia OrrApr 17, 20251.0I visited the bank in Sugarland on Thursday and was greeted with a hello from a lady from behind what looked like a teller space. Not a soul in the bank. I old her I needed to open an account and I would be funded by someone else. She asked me ifi knew the person because of scams. I said I knew the person but continued to explain they did not do personnel banking, jus business. I left. Then I looked on website and t mentions ATMs which she told me they don't have. Perhaps she thought I was just an old white female who didn't understand business banking only.

My husband and I are new clients, and Jessica Ordonez was so helpful and generous with her time and attention. She helped us get our billpay set up on my mobile app, ordered checks and debit cards for us, and even educated us about lots of features of our accounts that we weren’t aware of. We learned so much from her and are incredibly impressed by the stellar service she offered.

- EHElga HallidayFeb 25, 20191.0they do not care for the customer even when it there branch fault even told me since i wasn't comfortable that i should close my account no sense of remorse this was even the supervisor of the branch in sugar land very unprofessional even told me to keep my voice down she did try to find out the problem. my OWN money they did not deposit it
