    I have experienced AMAZING customer service at this particular location on multiple occasions. I’ve interacted exclusively with Zilderia Rodgers and Gabriella “Gabby” Gandara. Both are GOOD PEOPLE! I will be doing A LOT of business here in the not too distant future… Honest bankers are non-existent in today’s society (sad but true). On the brightside, I just provided you two top tier individuals that I will warrant and forever defend. God bless America, and good fortune to all!

    I had an awesome morning, With, Rita, and Edgar Cruz they both truly personify customer service .. thank you for take care of my mother issues and for taking time out to deal with Wells Fargo longevity and devoted customers like senior citizens who do not quite get the online app or just the online service itself… period…… because of a forgotten era they grew up in..     I've never been treated so rude this location needs to do something about V. Estrada she making derogatory remarks and doesn't belong in customer service scrubbing toilets would suit her better. First she called me early in the morning to bump my appointment earlier, only to have us wait over 20 mins past appointment time while she yucks it up in the lobby. Then she wasn't honest on the phone about what I needed to open an account for my minor son. We had to leave abruptly without being able to open his account.

    I don’t usually write reviews and all but today was the day I did. The staff here is wonderful and great and such loving customer service. I was doing a transaction today when another customer was there as well and was just saying absurd things about the teller named Jennifer. That person was so rude to the teller and started calling her names and very disrespectful. The teller kept her calm and was very professional towards the rude customer. Hope that rude customer doesn’t get her in trouble when she was the one that was very arrogant and rude to the teller! Jennifer is a great teller! Definitely the reason I come to this location!
