  I have experienced AMAZING customer service at this particular location on multiple occasions. I’ve interacted exclusively with Zilderia Rodgers and Gabriella “Gabby” Gandara. Both are GOOD PEOPLE! I will be doing A LOT of business here in the not too distant future… Honest bankers are non-existent in today’s society (sad but true). On the brightside, I just provided you two top tier individuals that I will warrant and forever defend. God bless America, and good fortune to all!

  I had an awesome morning, With, Rita, and Edgar Cruz they both truly personify customer service .. thank you for take care of my mother issues and for taking time out to deal with Wells Fargo longevity and devoted customers like senior citizens who do not quite get the online app or just the online service itself… period…… because of a forgotten era they grew up in..   Waiting for an appointment that I had for 10:30. The banker took somebody before me during my appointment time. Customer service atmosphere in the building is sub par and nonchalant. Currently unhappy with Wells Fargo as a whole because of so many things that have happen in a short time with them. I was with another bank for years and never had as many problems as I’ve had with Wells Fargo in a month.

  I use this location because the Wells Fargo close to me is too slow in moving customers through the drive through. At the Louetta location I have used both the drive through and lobby services. The tellers are always friendly and helpful. They quickly process the deposit. I made very large deposits on 2 occasions in the lobby. One was near closing. The teller was friendly and did not rush.

  Do yourself a favor and stay away from this branch and Wells Fargo as a whole for that matter. I couldn't cash a simple check without hassle. Presented two forms of ID and the check was written from a loved one (same last name) for my birthday. Was asked to step aside while they helped the next guest. Rather than get upset in the bank I decided to call when I left to speak to the supervisor on duty. She didn't even offer an apology after I explained my frustration. She told me all these bizarre guidelines after the fact. Not sure why this wasn't addressed while I'm in the branch conducting my transaction. Super unprofessional!
