I called today to make an appointment to go into the branch to make a wire transfer. (I hate having to go to a branch to do this sort of thing so I asked about sending it online). He told me I could and then he walked me through the whole process. He waited on the phone as I set up my account to do international wires and then stayed with me as I filled in all the info to do the wire I needed to do today. We cancelled the appointment because I no longer needed to go in. So happy. Now I won't need to go into a branch anymore just to do a wire transfer. Yeah!
