We set an appointment at 4 p.m., and we arrived about 20 minutes early. We were greeted by a friendly teller who we let know that we had an appointment. We sat and waited for only a few minutes before Rozalyn greeted us and brought us to her office ahead of our 4 p.m. appointment. She was very kind and helpful as we went through all of our questions regarding the accounts. We were able to take care of all of the tasks we had, and Rozalyn was professional and courteous throughout our visit. We are so happy that our experience turned out to be a good one, and we will visit this branch again when we need assistance that cannot be done through online banking. Thank you, Rozalyn, for all of your help!

She was rude and unprofessional on my few encounters here unlike the other staff I have met. I will be closing my Wells accounts and only maintaining business relations and investments with JP Morgan Chase Bank. I hope Wells resolves the customer interaction issues with refresher training and soft skills at this location.

My wife actually made the transition from Bank of America to WellsFargo several months back and we actually had Ms. Evelyn help us out with all the questions she had. My wife and I now have a joint account and we love it. The transition was easy. Evelyn and her team were extremely helpful and patient with us. We actually came back specifically to this branch to open up a savings account not to long after and will be back to open another Savings account for our new born because of how they treat us!
