- RCRene CantuDec 6, 20251.0POS location.. literally locked the door in my face as I was walking up at noon on Saturday. I saw the sign that they closed at noon. It would have been nice to say, sorry, sir we just closed etc..... But they just looked me dead in the face and locked the door and walked away.

We set an appointment at 4 p.m., and we arrived about 20 minutes early. We were greeted by a friendly teller who we let know that we had an appointment. We sat and waited for only a few minutes before Rozalyn greeted us and brought us to her office ahead of our 4 p.m. appointment. She was very kind and helpful as we went through all of our questions regarding the accounts. We were able to take care of all of the tasks we had, and Rozalyn was professional and courteous throughout our visit. We are so happy that our experience turned out to be a good one, and we will visit this branch again when we need assistance that cannot be done through online banking. Thank you, Rozalyn, for all of your help!

She was rude and unprofessional on my few encounters here unlike the other staff I have met. I will be closing my Wells accounts and only maintaining business relations and investments with JP Morgan Chase Bank. I hope Wells resolves the customer interaction issues with refresher training and soft skills at this location.

People ahead of me wanted to open an account, nobody available. Guy behind me needed account services, asked to come back 3.5 hrs later. If you need something notarized, go across the street to the UPS store. The $10 will buy you fast and excellent service with a smile from Britt and you are out in no time. Safe yourself the Wells Fargo disappointment!
