- ECEric CaldwellDec 17, 20251.0I came to open a new account, I’ve had a account in the pass with them but this guy name Preston was asking me authentication questions about a old phone number or address from 10 plus years ago. I was like I can’t remember that long ago what number I had or the address he was like if you don’t remember then I can open up the account. I had my drivers license, ssn, plus my birth certificate but I felt like he was not trying to help me at all the crazy part is I went to another branch and they open the account with no problem. After I open the account I came back to the location to ask him why he didn’t try to help me open the account but he insisted that he did all he could do and was asking what branch I went to so he can fix what issue he ran across and then I told him the issue was that you wasn’t trying to help me. I was very disappointed in the service from this guy smh I really think it was a racial issue but I don’t want to throw that on the table but the people that he was working was the same race and I seen him going above and beyond for them while they was talking but do bare minimum for me.
