- ABAlex BNov 4, 20251.0The slowest Wells Fargo in the US. I’ve been here 3 times and it’s faster to drive to another location to withdraw some cash than to be here in line. And the lines are usually 2-3 people 🤣 also not that friendly staff.

He even asked me what happened to my voice, which I thought was funny, and I genuinely appreciated his kind inquiry. My banker, Ulises, who helped me open my account, was wonderful, patient, kind, and very understanding. Oh, and let’s not forget the sweet female banker who came over to ask her co-worker a question, she greeted us with a smile, a warm hello, and even a cute compliment! As someone who is vocally challenged, that level of care and kindness from everyone truly meant a lot to me. It made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I’m really grateful for their professionalism and compassion. ❤️

Management advice that she must be present. Who makes these rules, not like I am withdrawing money. All staff are super rude here, no wonder this location is closing soon. I went to the Woodlands bank and no problem...
