Wasn't sure of the process or anything but Mr. Ulises Lopez (hope I spelled that correctly) was awesome in taking care of everything and even stayed passed his shift to deal with it. Furthermore he stayed in contact with me in the following weeks until it was 100% resolved. Thank you so much!!

He even asked me what happened to my voice, which I thought was funny, and I genuinely appreciated his kind inquiry. My banker, Ulises, who helped me open my account, was wonderful, patient, kind, and very understanding. Oh, and let’s not forget the sweet female banker who came over to ask her co-worker a question, she greeted us with a smile, a warm hello, and even a cute compliment! As someone who is vocally challenged, that level of care and kindness from everyone truly meant a lot to me. It made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. I’m really grateful for their professionalism and compassion. ❤️
