She appeared to me she was new & didn't know what to do! I been to this location two months ago & didn't have any problems cashing the same types of checks before. I definitely won't be back at this location ever again! 🤨

She has been with the bank for many years. With a large balance. The reason for denial is "They don't feel comfortable." My mother has maybe weeks to live.
