- GGGenevieve Gould5 days ago5.0Zina Dimalanta is the best and now I love FCCU so much more because of her. I had been trying for three weeks to obtain my bank statements and went to another branch before but no one else was willing or able to assist me. Zina took the time to listen and provided excellent customer service today. She went above and beyond and now I feel like a valued customer. Prior to her helping me I was so frustrated and was this close to taking all my accounts and books of business elsewhere but Zina saved the day and I am now a lifetime customer of FCCU because she cared enough to value me as a customer and my 7 plus years with FCCU.

This bank has been having an outage since November 1 and has not updated any of its customers about it, and no one is able to access any money whatsoever in their accounts. This basically proves this bank has no redundant systems for when they do maintenance on the backend. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable
