I need 1099 information and fees related to closing an account and all Edward Jones local staff and corporate are non-responsive. They closed my online access immediately with no notice, so all history and fees and documents have been removed from my access. I was an online user. Frustrating. Will never recommend use of Edward Jones agents!! Fidelity was far more responsive when I left them. I'm with an independent now doing far better!
