It’s disappointing when you're met with a lack of support — especially for something that’s unfamiliar but important, she did not take the time to ensure I understood what I was signing up for before any money was moved. I felt completely rushed, and felt she was speaking to me as if I were stupid. I obviously expressed confusion, and was frustrated that someone who should have game me guidance on financial advice- didn’t. Don’t waste your time.

I arrived at the bank to pull it and they told me I had to wait a week to receive it. They had to order it. Don't keep money in the banks. It not there.
