- HFHannah FabbriDec 9, 20255.0I have a long story but believe me it made my day. I am no by any means "lucky in life" or "blessed" in any way in my opinion. The last 4 months have been the most stressful of my life. I never had jobs or banks ready to be for me to rely of when things got rough. Never. It was unimaginable. Today I have one goal open a bank account that has access to online banking. I have gone 7years with out one. Understaffed they still took me with haste and great attitude. Christine had amazing attention to detail, personality it felt like she was a welcoming friend and did not let the fact that a full lobby meant more or less than the current job the was performing in her office to assist me and my new account. She was effective and efficient. The bank was very affordable and I was notified about a plan that for $9 a month can help me with road side, doctor visits, gas and like 6+ more benefits. I never thought a bank could help me so much. All in one day I opened an account, got a card, added someone to it and I also set up and approved my direct deposit. My jaw dropped by the end of the meeting. Everything 10 out of 10. Amazing bank!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Samantha was the young lady that helped set up my new account, and she was very knowledgeable and friendly. She made me feel like wasn’t just another Nunber. The branch manager, I think his name was Thomas, was also very friendly, knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking to open an account.

I received a GREAT rate and SUPERIOR service. With my most recent visit I was having difficulty with my phone app. The branch manager immediately assisted with a great fix.
