When I went inside, I asked a lady who was at a desk not doing anything where the sign in sheet was, as it was gone. She said I needed to go check in at a teller window. I noticed there was one person already waiting. I waited in line a couple minutes to see a teller to get on the list, and when I spoke to the teller they said I needed to wait behind the current customer waiting (fine) for the same lady that was sitting at her desk not doing anything that I had spoken to. While telling me this, the woman I was supposed to see then got up and went to the back to do something else. I’ll just go pay to get it notarized at UPS Store.

We are busy professionals and showed up at 4:45pm and she was supper accommodating and even stayed late to help us!
