- SSS SJul 22, 20252.0Customer service is lacking and could be better. All of them were unprofessional and rude. The noise was ridiculous. My first thought was these women have way too much time on their hands to be able to have personal conversations, especially as loud as they were talking amongst themselves. There were only 3 customers in the bank with this many tellers?? No one bothered to greet us as we walked up to them. I chose the only teller who looked at me. She was polite and did what I needed her to do. While she was still asking my personal information I had to speak over the talking and at times she herself could not hear me. Tisk, Tisk, Tisk!! Not a very good first time visit.

Darla, one of the tellers, appeared as though I was being an inconvenience to her for asking if she could type out what my cashiers check was for. I was the only customer in the building. It takes 5 seconds to type it out and at least act like you’re kind enough and competent enough to do so. Sorry for interrupting your chat with a co-worker that you chose to have instead of assisting a customer.
