- MTMaria TorresDec 17, 20221.0Not good Service!! For the last 3 months when I make my mortgage payment they put it as principal payment.. so I received last payment statement. It’s looks like I didn’t pay the month before. Called the them. It took me FOORR ever to talk to someone. And when I talk to someone I asked her if she worked on the loan department she said no but she can still help me.. WELL it Turn out that she CANT HELP ME!!! I finally talk to Laura or a Karla. She help me.. but NOW my statement for January it show that I am late for December.. 12/17/2022 it’s not only messing with my mortgage but my credit… horrible customer service!!!👎🏼😠😤..ALWAYS KEEP YOUR RECEIPT!!!!!
