They are judgmental and they are too busy trying to know everything about the people who have accounts there to actually do their actual job. They are very unprofessional to be so nosy about what the people do with their own money is not their business!! I’m just sick of banks in this town they all share information about their customers that should never be spoken about at all!!! But this just goes along with everything else in this town. I’ve lived a lot of places and I have never experienced this anywhere else in Texas!

- BOBrad OvercashDec 9, 20151.0I tried using the ATM at prosperity bank on 12-5-15 and it was not working. It kept saying it could not read my card. So I went to another bank knowing I would have to pay some sort of fee for using their ATM. I was SHOCKED when I looked at my account and saw that not only did the bank that I went to charged me a fee but prosperity also charged me a $3.00 fee to get my own money. Needless to say I will be looking for a new bank home VERY SOON!
