This branch seems to thrive in POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. The Asian female and the mixed race black employees are the worst in customer service. This young man should never be allowed to work in an environment that requires interactions with the public. His sarcasm and his rudes is of no understanding. The branch manager is fully aware of both of these two poor employees. Which represents the bank, but clearly could care less. I will be closing my accounts. Don't use this bank for anything... you will extremely sorry

I want to thank Uyen for making the process of setting up my new bank accounts so smooth and stress-free. She was friendly, patient, and professional, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions. Uyen made sure I felt confident and comfortable with my new accounts, and her attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and highly recommend working with her!

We went to open a business account, we were told to take a seat and someone will be with us. An Asian lady maybe Philipina aproached us asking if we were the ones that wanted to open a business account, we said yes and she walked us to her office. She never introduced herself, I had to ask her got her name. She starting asking if we had a website or a standing business to operate because she said they needed to inspect the building if we do. I said we are not asking for a business loan, we wanted to open a business account. She said to do it online and that was that. Very very unprofessional. I wish I had look at their reviews beforehand. Apparently the branch owner does not care about this facility reputation and obviously the employees need better management and customer service training for sure.

They don’t care about their customers. I had an issue with my account. I called and the person that answered could barely speak English. It was impossible to get her to understand my problem. When I asked to speak to a supervisor I was put on endless hold. I called back asking to speak to a supervisor and the same thing happened. I’m sure she thought it was funny. I never did get my issue resolved. I am a long time customer that carries large balances and I can’t wait to close all my accounts with them. I have accounts at Chase and BOA and they never treat me like this. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A BANK RUN FAR AWAY FROM THIS BANK

Had the worst experience dealing with this branch! Should have just went to my local branch. I deposited a check May 1st at ATM after 5 PM. Then the ATM kept my card right after I made the deposit the excuse is I took to long to take my card out. 2nd they place a hold on my deposit (business account) due to that and now not releasing my money until a whole week after. The account has been open for more than 30 days. I know banks can verify checks with no problem but this branch has something stuck up there tail for some reason! I highly recommend avoiding this branch, it gives BB&T a bad name.
