I was assisted by Jo Mendez -Tsosie who had also assisted me previously with a home loan. Both times she was knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough in addressing all of my questions and explaining the details of the loans. She accommodated my needs perfectly and made the process most enjoyable with delightful conversation and efficiency. I highly recommend her services for the excellence in which she conducts herself as she attends to the needs of her Security Service patrons. I always have great experiences at this location, as the rest of the staff is also warm, friendly, and provides exceptional customer service.

Yesterday 10-09 I was trying to make a paycheck deposit and there were 5 lines open, one car in each one of them. It took 27 minutes to get my deposit done and I asked the clerk what was the problem with the waiting? Well, she was the ONLY teller for all 5 lines! This happened around 2:45 pm and this certainly was not her fault but i blame the Manager of the branch. Whoever that is, is soooooo disconnected from reality that I am sure he/she thinks it's OK to delegate so many responsibilities to ONE person. You folks need to fix the problem, not everyone have almost 30 minutes for something as simple as a paycheck deposit! Ridiculous... Just keep reading below and you can see this issue has not been resolved. Other reviews clearly stated the same problem. I know you folks at SSFCU are trying to save money by cutting staff but come on! Not a fan of bad reviews but this issue is NOT helpful for our beloved Credit Union. That's all.
