Even as someone who works in banking and understands that lines and wait times happen, the staff here consistently makes it a smooth visit. The tellers were friendly and handled my transaction efficiently, and the woman at the podium when I walked in was helpful and answered all my questions. I appreciate the solid service every time I stop by.

I was given an attitude for asking how much longer to wait in the lobby line, after waiting 15 minutes already, and representatives seem to be taking their time in between customers (to their credit they may be closing up documentation from the previous customer). It's disappointing and frustrating, unfortunately.

He was a wealth of knowledge and didn’t hold back in educating and guiding me, he is over qualified for his position and frankly I’m glad he is. He knew how to help me and advise me in numerous financial ways! Anyways I walked out of there very happy, thanks RBFCU and Nathaniel!
