- MSMeghan SpainNov 12, 20251.0Not only this branch but the entire institution in general is awful. Unhelpful and condescending employees. When fraud happens on your account they pass the buck and refuse to help. You have to call and call again for any help. The branch just wants you in and out. I’ve been a member since childhood and now they charge for even tiny things like turning in coins. They won’t even take them if you have them rolled. Citing “friendly fraud” and not giving you a refund just because you are able to identify the person who stole your banking information. Overall their institution has gone downhill, they are no longer interested in what’s best for their members and will tell you if you do not like their policies they will just close your account. I will never recommend this credit union and will be closing all relationships with them.
