  BEST BANK EVER! I am always met with smiling faces as soon as I walk in. The manager knows me by name and greets me with a handshake and great smile. The workers are very professional, helpful, and super patient even though I can be very needy at times. Inside the bank lobby is nice and the bathrooms are always clean. I will continue to bank here for as long as they'll have me! Thank PB Sanger!

  This Branch is Top Notch in Customer Service. Every time you call (and they answer very professionally and quickly also) or go in to the Branch they are very friendly, responsive and a great pleasure to work with. Thank you.

  My wife just tried to cash a check that was issued by an account holder. The wanted to charge her $4 dollars because we don't bank there. That's rediculous.

  I have a Prosperity Bank account that I opened in the Gainesville TX location and usually always go there, but when needed if I'm on my way home from denton or headed towards Denton & can't go to Gainesville stop by here, the times I have went inside the lobby its great but its been 3 times I stop by with my son...(who also has an account here) the times we go through the drive thru while he's driving the attitude he gets is rude and he doesn't get taken seriously I guess because he's a teenager, he asked to break a 100 dollar bill and he gets a "i guess" as a response. Its rude, whether it was a joke or not. I dont like coming here but if I have to I have no choice because its on my way home and don't want to drive to gainesville.
