Unfortunately, the bank teller who set up the phone call decided it was appropriate to tell my husband that his brain is bigger than mine. “Not being sexist, just science.” Don’t know why he felt the need to say that. It wasn’t relevant to the conversation and saying “it’s not sexist” doesn’t make it so. Women have only been able to have their own bank accounts for the last 51 years or so… perhaps he needs further education on sexism within banking. It is 2025 after all. Edit (1/7) - Okay, weird that I got a reply from Wells Fargo here and then they deleted it? I got a preview of the reply saying that "This feedback is important to use. Please email back at..." and then when I clicked to view more and actually see the email, it's gone...

I have been making monthly payment via money orders for years, recently money orders have gone up to $ 5.00. per money order. Today I visited the San Marcos branch and a small line had formed, the branch manager went down the line and helped each customer find a solution to their problems. She helped me to learn how pay bills my using the Well Fargo application . Her great customer service and attention to details helped me save close to a hundred dollars a year. Thank you very much.
