- PPPrincessDec 9, 20251.0I've had soo many problems with this banking branch. They let my information leak out and someone changed my email and phone number on my bank account during the recent government shutdown on top of that they do not stop sending physical mail to my shared address upon repeated request. I can't use online banking due to fraud and unathorize Access. My debit card doesn't ever work because no matter what or how I try to activate it, it's never activated and I'm tired of being sent a new one to an address I don't trust. Y'all need to really fix some things. I've delt with a lot of emotional distress from dealing with these constant issues. Y'all close wayy too early for me to be able to come in and talk about problems y'all never fix plus not all my fraud reports were approved or able to be submitted because this banking branch won't print me out all of my statements.. what can I review with being able to see only 5 transactions? Nothing...

This financial institution recruits not-so-caring service rep to service their customer and it is a shame for a great organization such as RBFCU
