She refused to open an account up because it was 3 minutes before closing. MIND YOU IVE BEEN STANDING IN LINE FOR 30 MINS!!! Rude and I understand now why their rating is so low. TRASH!!!

I wouldn't usually go to this one but it was a large branch type of building with personal security like stuff, and other private business that had people in the back you could talk to. I didn't feel stuffy when I walked to get help.

Every other day and the weekends becomes super frustrating when you need to pull out funds. It seems to be a constant problem with the ATMs either in the drive through or the walk up in front. I ended up going to the one by walmart off military and 410 at one point, cant now. That has now been closed. Why not update this loocation with the machinery from that one that got closed, if the machinery you have here is outdated. Or move the employees from this ancient building to what was a newly built one. It makes no sense to me. Aiming to pay off my credit card and just quit entirely and go else where that doesnt have so many issues. Not everyone works hours that meets with hours of banks being open during the week.
