  This is the worse branch in the area. The staff are rude as well as the manager. I have been a customer of wells forgo for over 15 years and the way these branch treated me today I regard my business with them. No wonder they have so many one starts reviews.

  Today I went in with the cashier's check, my driver's license, and my bank card - everything in my name. I just wanted to make sure the cashier's check issued in my name was valid; | didn't even want to deposit the money yet. A woman, around 52 years old - maybe even much older — who was sitting on the left told me: "We can't verify this check. You need to go to the branch that issued it." I really wish there were a "negative" rating option. I'm always disappointed with Wells Fargo. If I have one more similar experience, I'll take all my money out and open an account at Chase. There is always some kind of obstruction at this bank. My time is always wasted. I go in person with the check, my driver's license, and my bank card - everything in my name. When I call the bank, they tell me to go to one of their branches. When I go to a branch, they tell me I have to go to the same branch where the check was issued.

  el personal es muy atento y amable , no sé por qué este sucursal tiene una calificación baja pero yo ya e ido en 3 ocasiones y siempre me an atendido bien
