She was knowledgeable, efficient, and incredibly helpful — a wonderful example of excellent customer service! 4stars — because another employee didn’t want to do her job and didn’t send my appointment details by email or phone. My appointment was supposed to be on Thursday, but she changed it to Friday without notifying me. She tried to say she sent it to my “too old previous number !! which isn’t true — I received a bank message the day before (Wednesday) on my current number. However, Theresa was professional and truly outstanding! Clients will definitely enjoy dealing with someone who treats everyone equally and delivers great service. (THERESA )You’re amazing, and thank you to the manager (I believe his name is Joe)

I was like that is insane Dont do business with Wells Fargo they have poor rates on all there loans credit cards and odd rules on their banking policies anual fees for having your money in there bank like they are doing you a favor there is credit unions that will not that you this way

I drove up to the commercial window and lady says hello but I didn’t respond because I was eating and when she gave me my slip back she stayed have a better day!! Excuse me?? That was so totally unnecessary on her part! I told her as well. Customer service is soooo bad here.
