- CCCharlie7208Nov 14, 20195.0My credit card was recently compromised and when i called customer service, I spoke to a lady who was very kind, helpful and understanding and she helped reimburse the money that was scammed out of me back on my account and then advised me to go to the branch to get a temporary new card and I would receive one in the mail within 7 days. The next day, i visited this branch to get the temporary card and I was assisted by Amanda, and she also provided excellent customer service as well! Needless to say, I am a satisfied customer 😊

When we said we wanted to open an account, she glanced at her phone as to check the time and made a sigh sound like we were bothering her. Then in the cubicle, she mumbled about the needing two forms of ID. She was busy looking at herself in her mirror checking her makeup. We had two forms each but not good enough so we were turned away. The whole experience was horrible. We were an inconvenience to Keisha even though it was 4pm and they close at 6. We gladly went to a different bank, opened an account there with just our ID and were treated respectfully.
