Never seen Teller experience so slow! Lady at drive through is amazing but the lady inside named Deidra is horrible. I’ve seen snails work faster than her on a computer. Ridiculous. Should not hire incompetent people like that.

I met with the associate branch manager, Carina Benavides, to open 2 new accounts. We went over the simple plan to transfer certain amounts of money into these new accounts from my existing one. Long story short, she somehow mixed up the amounts we were pulling, and the next morning I got numerous emails from Wells Fargo saying that one of my accounts was at -$5,000 and I needed to add money immediately or I would be charged. I emailed and called her multiple times, called this location, and couldn’t get in touch with her. I was able to fix her mistake myself on the app, but still, I never heard a word back from her. Not an “let me resolve this issue”, not an “I’m sorry for my mistake”, nothing.

Shady! Shady bank! Unethical and unprofessional! I spent hours on the phone trying to open a business checking account. Instructions were to sign some forms at my local branch, PB tried to get me to restart the entire process because he "couldn't locate " any information! No sir, you want to hit your numbers at my convenience! I am done with Wells! Losers.

Spoke with customer service over the phone who stated that I would need to drive in to submit documents but that walk-ins are fine. Drove an hour to get here and made it 10 minutes before they closed. I was turned away and told to set an appointment. To me it’s common sense: if your business is open until 5 and you take walk-ins, then you take walk-ins UNTIL 5. If you’re gonna send people away at 4:50, then change your hours to close 4:50 or mandate appointments. This lazy BS because the tellers want to get out at 5 is so sad. Try harder. We’ve known for decades that Wells Fargo is the worst of the major banks. It’s a shame that I’m tied to them, but when I can finally leave I will never look back. 4 days later: Update in response to WF’s response: appointments would be great but often times we don’t have the luxury of setting appointments. Obviously, someone at Wells Fargo knew this at some point when they decided to allow walk-in services. Unfortunately, folks at the branch level are apparently incapable of the planning or management necessary to support their customers in that way. I was able to find another couple of hours again yesterday and stopped at a different branch. They only had 1 banker working and advised me this this branch had 6 so they sent me back here. I arrived and waited about 20 minutes before being greeted. I was told that there are actually only 4 bankers working. I looked around. 2 were idle at their desks. The person who greeted me spoke to one of them and returned to me to say he was too busy. It’s great that business is good. Maybe hire enough bankers to support walk-in appointments if you are going to offer walk-in appointments instead of being lazy. Side note, I walked into the nearby Chase branch last week and was greeted before I had even gotten my bearings in the room. I stated my reason for the visit and after less than a minute I was at a desk with the same person who had greeted me. I was out again within 5 minutes. Why is it that WF can’t figure out how to see their customers? Good question. That’s probably the most important question for them right now because I am on the verge of closing all of my and my family’s accounts with them purely for the lack of decent service.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION ATM IS NOT SECURE. Here is my story… I received a call from Wells Fargo stating that there was a scam going on with my debit card. I was advised that somebody called using an AI voice and giving Wells Fargo all of the correct information off of my debit card. My debit card was actively being used in New Jersey. I never use my debit card for transactions. I’ve only used it at this ATM ONCE in the last many many months. I called back Wells Fargo to verify that this wasn’t a scam and that this was actually in the occurrence which it was. I called THIS bank to notify them and I had to call twice in order to even get anyone to answer the phone. Then I waited an exorbitant amount of time to even speak to a manager to advise them that they need to check their ATM to ensure it was secure. I never received a callback. I was never advised of any action the bank had taken. This is not only poor customer service, but is a disgrace to the protection they provide to their clients.
