  One teller, another one just sitting in the back watching movies on her phone, drive thru isn't even open. Dirty old men coming in to flirt with the only teller working. This is horrible. All the employees park in the front so no room for customers to park. Horrible banking center.

  We needed a Wire Transfer for a home purchase and our time was limited. We went to a couple Wells Fargo branches previously that seemed relatively very slow but couldn't be helped, and were told by the manager at both previous branches that we had to make an appointment, and none were available for today. We went to this location and the branch Manager - Robert Taylor helped us right away with a smile and professionalism. Thank you Mr. Taylor for a job well done!

  If there were ZERO starts that's what is give! Stay away from the wreched financial institution at all cost! Wells Fargo all together is worthless! The worst financial institution ever. And I've had BOA! They will not even fax a direct deodorant form that THEY printed!!!!!

  If I could put no stars for this location I would . Today was my second time going to this location . I went in to deal with an ongoing escalation , I worked with an employee named Brenda who was extremely rude to me . I then asked to speak to her manager Patsy when I explained the issue to Patsy she was unsympathetic and truly had no care for my issue or getting it resolved both Brenda and Patsy told me that the issue that I came in for was my fault and that they were going to be able to do nothing about it . I've been charged almost $120 in fees that were not my fault they told me that all they could do was refund me $16 worth of that . They then both told me if I didn't want to be charged anymore that I would physically have to start writing down my transactions . When I talked to them regarding my issue with their online banking application they told me that the application is never 100% positive which is a ridiculous remark concidering the fact that this is a national bank and me as a customer shouldn't have to take a pen and paper and write down every transaction that I make . If I wanted to do that then I wouldn't have opened up an account with them in the first place . All I can say is that this is honestly the worst customer service I have ever received especially at a bank and I am now switching to chase so I can do all my banking there instead . Please never go to this branch . They do not care about there customers .
