    Today I went in with my driver’s license, bank card, everything — I wanted to make sure everything was in my name. A woman, around 48 years old, sitting to the left, told me, “We can’t verify this check. You need to go to the branch that issued it.” I really wish there was a “negative” rating option. I’m always disappointed with Wells Fargo. If I have one more similar experience, I’ll take all my money out and open an account at Chase.

    I opened a new account at Wells Fargo today, and Percy James Walker was amazing! Super professional, patient, and friendly. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process really easy and comfortable. Definitely the best banker I’ve met — highly recommend him!

    Last year in January my account was used to commit fraud and I went into this branch and was assisted by the branch manager. She gave me a new account and offered to remove anyone linked to my account and I said yes. She confirmed that she did that but that wasn’t the case. Yesterday I deposited a check and paid my carnote. I checked my account because it was then negative and called customer service and they said that an account was linked to my account and was overdrawn and they took the funds from my account. I told them that I shouldn’t have any account linked to mines because I got it removed when I received a new account and they said that it shows in the system that your account is still connected to another account and should call or visit the branch to ask them why my account is still connected then contact customer customer service overdraft department. I can’t visit the branch because I don’t live in San Antonio anymore and live 3 hours away. I called the branch and they hang up in my face when I ask for the branch manager or say can I talk to someone who can assist me. I keep calling and they just don’t pick up the phones. If I could I would switch banks but now I can’t because nobody wants to assist me and my account is overdraft. I do not recommend going to this branch if you do want to continue banking with Wells Fargo.
