While she sat there and basically did her banking for the day at 9:30 in the morning after waiting about five minutes was told I should go use the ATM outside handed me an envelope and sent me outside to the ATM machine again no customers in the store taking her sweet time at the counter. Refused to help me terrible service. This employee should be Fired if I worked for Wells Fargo I’d be embarrassed. I wish I could leave zero stars!
