    Absolutely ridiculous experience in every time I stop in this place, you gotta wait like an hour just to ask a question, poor customer service, I would give it a zero star if I could, I don’t recommend it to anyone at all…

    Very disappointing experience. I was told I could come anytime and didn’t need an appointment for the safe deposit box. When I first went at 11:00 am, I was told it was their lunch break (which surprised me, as I assumed lunch would be around 12). They then gave me an appointment at 3:30 pm. Despite the banker seeing that I had arrived for my appointment. I had to wait for 20 minutes & then go & check again as according to the scheduled time my appointment was between 3.30-4 pm and I had only 10 minutes so I decided to walk there again to request the busy ignoring bankers if they are available anytime soon to help me. This shows a complete lack of respect for customers’ time and needs. Overall, a very bad experience. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location for safe deposit boxes, as it seems to involve multiple unnecessary trips and long waits, even with an appointment.

    I ran in about 10 minutes before close to grab a check really quickly for a last minute emergency, and the teller, Monica, was extremely rude and laughed in my face when I told her I needed to get the official name of the store to see who the check needed to go out to. She verbally exclaimed “Oh my god” as I pulled up my phone to look. She also gave me attitude as I told her I wanted to come out of a certain account. I understand the inconvenience of having to service a client 10 minutes before close when you just want to clean up and end the day, but as someone who works a 9-5 as well, your shift doesn’t end until it’s over. Please retrain employees to be more patient and understanding, I did not need to deal with Monica giving me attitude when I was doing a simple task that took me less than 8 minutes.

    Hello 👋 got a letter from WF to get my Dads safe box 🗃️ to reclaim behalf of my mother ! When to this locations and Mr Joe and Ms Nina help me and my family with this situation and also gave us cold water on hot day I super appreciate their help and professionalism Respectfully thank you By the way praise god and Nina Amen 🙏 Kyle
