- LLLOct 13, 20251.0I went in to cash a check and received lousy, lazy, and dismissive service. The check was large, however, instead of looking into the real reason they couldn't cash it, they said they were a smaller branch and weren't able to because of the holiday and ultimately told me to go to another branch. When the teller went to consult with who I'm assuming is the branch manager, she barely even looked at the check and said they couldn't do it. When I went to the other branch, they ran the check and found out a legitimate reason why it couldn't be cashed with Wells Fargo and advised me on what to do next. It turns out the holiday and size of their branch had absolutely nothing to do with why the check couldn't be cashed. I wonder what other excuses they come up with for customers in an ironic effort to be completely unhelpful.

Sarah the personal banker was done with her customer but still no acknowledgment had to go to the tellers and they said I have to wait on this one particular banker not Sarah which she was free and available and no customers were in line for the tellers.
