- BTBanis TowingOct 24, 20251.0Went through the commiercal line for a quick deposit at 2pm.BEFORE RUSH HOUR! One car ahead of me. Sat in line 40 minutes FOR THE DRIVE THRU! This is ridiculous. Drive thrus are supposed to be for convenience. If someone has that much stuff, they need to be told to walk inside! Ended up leaving and will not be back!
- GAG AndersonOct 16, 20251.0Tried calling location repeatedly, but only answer was "tellers busy." I go to lobby and only 1 customer and 3 sitting around talking with each other. Floating bank manager was there and he was equally unhelpful. No one cares anymore. Shame!

- DJDavid JonesAug 11, 20251.0I came by to deposit money into my wife’s account, she is out of town and I am not on her account. Apparently the bank doesn’t allow you to deposit cash into another person’s account. They will accept a check, they will accept a money order, but they will deposit cash into another person’s account unless you are on the account. The place that everyone gets their cash from, will not let you deposit cash. Thanks for nothing Wells Fargo, we will be taking our business to another bank because of this stupid policy.
