And this is not the first time this ATM is down. 4/12 update since first review, picture shows still out of order.

All I wanted to do today is deposit checks into my account and the lady upfront needed approval, so she wanted to verify my ID and then wanted to send me a text message for verification. Then needed management to come over to her computer and do an approval. It’s the only Wells Fargo bank that does the steps that are so unnecessary. I’ve been with Wells Fargo for seven years and I’ve had conversations with the general manager about previous issues for the same thing they take forever to do any type of transaction here. I’ve given this location for different chances and they can’t seem to get their act together and know what’s going on.
