  They don't accept Taxes State Temporary I.D. They can't allow you withdraw funds hence... They don't cut new cards at the facility... fkem After I pay off my loan I'm done with them!!! Back to Navy Federal I go...

  I've been a member for over 25 years. I used USAA for everything: banking, insurance, savings etc. DO NOT open a new account with this bank. Find a local credit union to give your time and money to. I have never been so disrespected by a bank I was so loyal to. I used to recommend them to everyone that qualified for their account. I now regret ever giving them my money and friend's money. Horrible customer service (to include hanging up on me multiple times without calling me back) and they have begun threatening to close accounts for no real reason. I have great credit and plenty of money in my active accounts. Disappointing to see this huge decline...moving my money elsewhere before they go under!

  Would have been nice and easy if Bank posted the actual holiday hours. How difficult to put: drive thu closes 3 PM; ATM 6 PM. Equally to send an email to representatives stating hours.

  Definitely not the same service after 12 years they rates are a lot higher than other banks.They don’t honor import line they should and like they say. You can get cheaper insurance at progressive and cheaper home loans other places. They don’t do home equity line.
