  Took my $441 cash, didn’t complete deposit and “couldn’t return cash”. Not so convenient when I then have to call and file a dispute. Trying to have faith that the dispute closes in my favor. Happened to the gentleman who walked up after me too.

  It's okay. It's in a convenient location, but not always convenient. I've had several troubles with it. Sometimes it does not accept my bills or my checks.

  Half the time it doesnt even work what is the point of having an atm if i cant even deposit my cash? USAA has gone so far downhill to where they cant even keep their atms working. None of the features were working could withdraw deposit transfer or even change my pin.

  As another reviewer said, it's just out in the middle of the parking lot, sort of between Lowes and Target and Mattress Firm. It's a walk-up, not a drive-up even though you can drive right up to the back of it. Also, it's at a height and angle appropriate for a drive-up, which makes me seriously wonder whether they installed it backwards! The main problem this causes is that, unless you kneel, you look down on its touchscreen, so it'll look as though you're pressing under the "buttons" on the screen. That aside, it is fully functional and convenient to me.

  Not bad, it's not a drive up type atm, but one you have to park and walk up to it. Plenty of parking and clean. I went during the day but it has lights above it, along with the parking lot lights. This atm does take cash and check deposits. The thing I usually need to do, deposits. It's just out in the middle of the parking lot.
