- JTJamie TolliverSep 16, 20255.0I just started with them on a RV loan. I went to make my first payment yesterday. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained to me that I can make my payments online. If your looking for a new bank or loan, try them. They won't disappoint.
- KAKaren ActonJul 25, 20251.0Try to cash a check at the drive through. Only client. Send check no reply on intercom after 5 minutes. Kept on pressing button. Than lady said it will take up to 10-15 minutes before she will be able to help me as there are clients in front of me in the bank. Not would you like to come back or anything like that just to bad for you, you can wait. It’s a Friday early afternoon you only have one person in the bank?? After 25 minutes of waiting I asked to send me my check and drivers license bank. With no apology!!!!
- DYDonna YatesApr 16, 20241.0BEWARE! They don't stand by their word. Opened an account last summer for $300 promo. Never funded it due to my father in hospital dying & spouse's lung cancer scare. They closed it. I called & asked why & explained my situation. They said I could just open a new account to get the promo. Opened new account in October & had the 2 ACH deposits done. Never got my $300 promo. I've talked to customer service several times about it to no avail. They said I had to go to a branch. Did that twice, both times at both branches the manager was on vacation. Got a phone appointment with the branch. They basically said there's nothing they can do. I'm getting my money out & closing the account. I followed customer service directions & now they won't stand by what I was told.
